帝国议会通过的20世纪海军法，其中规定除了广为人知的第15条荣誉舰方案外，还有15年替换法，1910下水的老舰Lippe已经来到了服役生涯的末端，即将进入封存。第二任舰长从基尔海军学院1900年三号吊床号的高出生，亚洲分舰队即将独立为亚洲舰队，其人也全军皆知将调任亚洲舰队副总参谋长，前途一片大好，40岁不到升任中将。
这等背景下，最想不到的是，青岛舰队的战巡带走了几乎全部的新锐轻巡出港截击越南法国舰队的空挡，在军官学院疗养进修的将军，偷偷开车来到港口登上旧舰，代理舰长早已有所准备，立正敬礼汇报：全舰准备完毕，可以预热锅炉启航。
前一日，符拉迪沃斯托克传来可靠线报，对方最后一艘CA将出港和法国亚洲舰队合军，Lippe代舰队长对马海峡截击的请求被远在台湾海峡的战巡上舰队长回复八个字：多多益善，继续休假。
所以才有了今天的一幕。
11000吨的Lippe一共击沉过50000吨的军舰，其中包含四条CA，一条CL都来自俄国太平洋舰队。航行一日，对马海峡的霞光一如1903年一般无二的美，当时Lippe号作为国际参观团的一员，载着各国记者与还是二副的副总参谋长，远远闻到苦味酸和大火浓烟的呛味。
Lippe的210主炮1910年更换过最新的炮机和新式炮管，高爆装药，恰好是苦味酸2。
对手Aziya和前辈一样，在悲愤的灼烧中弃舰，Lippe将带着一身的战伤封存在青岛港，并很快在战后重回陆地成为一座博物馆。今天幸存的乘员日后身经百战，领队的将官将来仍然一腔热血。对于塞德里茨级战巡，装巡这种过时的对手确实连接近到7500M有效测距射程的机会都没有，但是对于同为上一时代装巡代表的Lippe和它的全体船员，最后时刻2KM内的终结射击就是海军精神的全部。
一支4、8、16分布的帝国海军战列舰分舰队有多么可怖，1906年第二次英德战争，8条前无畏在四十分钟内的沉没说明了一切。绿水学派融入骨髓的法国海军永远在想以奇致胜，开发了最新的Implacable（不忿）级CA，舰如其名，30节航速带来的不菲造价，全军都寄希望他是日益紧张的法德关系中令对方忌惮的尖刀，可惜新型马德格堡轻巡的速度，是30.5节。
潜艇投入战场自1908，多年来列国这是第一个绿水学派的重要胜利，不过仍然没有击沉记录。
900系驱逐被帝国的天才设计师改款后硬上了6管22寸大鱼雷，效果非常好。
苏俄装备了一批带有102防卫火炮的运输船，在本次驱逐舰袭击中，成功通过命中轮机舱，减速致使1200系驱逐舰的V45遭集火沉没。
对于目前帝国的产能来说不是很大的损失，但是主力级分队DD沉没，也足以让波罗的海舰队度假般的战斗氛围有那么一点点提神作用。
秋季
因为法俄联盟瞎眼可见的巨大劣势，法国大舰队出动决死一击的可能性在不断降低，双方都在寻求政治解决。
一款主炮和装甲在舰队决战中毫无作用，航速在破交里追不上运输船的产品。不知道为什么能够成功通过预算。
本以为秋季合谈中，双方都不会有什么太激烈的战斗发生，非洲驻德属西南非舰队的Orion级最后一艘没有封存或拆解并且仍然在担任支舰队旗舰的遗孓。
看到两艘BB的时候，海军总参谋部全体倒吸一口凉气，这意味着一倍以上的总吨位差距和不可击穿的火力防护等级。然而苏俄的海军短板还是太过明显，田忌赛马般的DD放雷，CA拖刀战术，开场就击沉了对方的斯摩棱斯克号前无畏。并很快在周旋之中，Scharnhorst击沉两艘DD。
这时候胜利的惯性让帝国海军暂时忽略了双方仍然存在的体量差距，战斗变成了追击战，直到一枚285mm炮弹命中Scharnhorst舯部上层建筑，轻易撕开主装1/3厚度的防护，半穿甲弹充足的装药一下摧毁了三个结构舱室，全舰1/10的舰员瞬间阵亡，这才让上头的帝国海军意识到这本是应该拖刀撤离的战斗。
苏联号战列舰带中等伤害带着一艘DD，一艘CA，在奇迹般躲过台湾海峡两艘Seydlitz的追捕，并一路绕过好望角之后，他们仍然航向在莫测的前途。
神奇的一次伏击，感谢只能自动的游戏机制。新锐短距潜艇在地中海这个大浴缸，过了个节。
波罗的海三季度报告很可能只有这么一个战果。
冬季
塞浦路斯支队（降级）一直是1CA/2CL/4DD的完整支队，而且拥有独立的活动权限和红海地中海水道丰富的战斗机会。
在三艘主力DD都维修的情况下，Orion级同名舰可能打出了该级舰的最后篇章，全歼了一支CA护航运输船队。5Km距离上，法国装巡10年未曾维护带来的炮术差异其实让场面很残忍，这也是帝国海军始终精兵化收获的又一硕果。
Orion号本舰与土耳其的交易，进一步被提高了筹码，最终为帝国换来北非巴巴里旧地。
法国最失败的作品，Jemmapes级别装甲巡洋舰，既不装甲也不巡洋，17.5kn航速在鱼雷面前连基本的悲壮都难以提起。
参谋部额外听取了波罗的海的一些战报，指挥官全程无线电静默自主指挥下的突袭，以四条DD取得这等战果，还是很不俗。
年终总结
如果最让Sieg和海军总参谋部头疼的事情，还是每年跨年的君前汇报，由于自小滴酒未沾，总和皇家酒会有一些些格格不入，以至于皇帝每每连残疾的左手都挥出来拉住想溜的Sieg，次次成为晨报新闻最大的笑料。
但是今年法国人从年头救场到年尾，这次也又救了Sieg一命，又一次的大革命，这是拿破仑的诞生还是永不复为列强？
大洋舰队下一个对手到底是谁？
战争还是和平，荣耀还是毁灭？
钟声回响，时间不以历史的瞬间为念，毫不迟疑的踏入1915年。
