1913自1914年，德意志帝国在Sieg公爵为海军大臣兼首席船舶设计师的带领下，与盟友美国共同对法、俄联盟开战，途中卷入美对奥匈、意大利战争。

1913 since 1914, the German Empire, led by the Duke of Sieg as Navy Minister and Chief Ship Designer, has been at war with its allies, the United States, against the French and Russian allies, and has been involved in U.S. wars with austria-hungary and Italy.

In 1913.11 to austria-hungary armistice, war reparations won an additional 100 million navy. 1914.06 armistice against Italy, war reparations to obtain 200 million navy expenditure. For France and Russia to achieve 120K VS 12K exchange ratio, is expected to obtain the French colony of Vietnam and about 500 million war reparations. As a result of the French Revolution in December 1914, our long-stressed border guards suddenly invaded the French hinterland, and may even repeat the glorious victory of 1870 and occupy Paris for a long time. On our side, the United States, an economic ally, but military training is inadequate, 32 BB, more than 300 total size of the fleet has actually achieved few results. The historic victory over Britain’s first dreadnought and the first dreadnought fleet, the capture of Gibraltar and control of the Mediterranean, the sweeping sweep of French influence in central Africa and North Africa, and the basically firm control of the Atlantic with the United States, but in this strength, the edge of the new generation of admirals, like Jellicoe and the David Beatty, 1st Earl Beatty, who are challenging their position in a reversal of history, is becoming more important.

1915战略目标

The capital ships of the French fleet, though unaccomplished, were probably covered in the blood of our transports in the Indian Ocean by the patrols and destroyers of the temporary escort. Two Kaiser battleships with 20305 main guns (the 1913 model had five dual-mounted 305 long-bore MK3 guns) did not want to be forgiven so easily.

One-on-one skirmishes are common on border patrols, but there are not many first-hand encounters in which opponents have sent you to the bottom of the sea without a scratch. The three victories of January 1915, a hundred pounds of lead was placed on the French negotiating team’s tongue.

The main competences of the French negotiating team are held in the hands of a few unkempt young men of barely recognisable age who were just street fighters in Paris a month ago. Their main courage in defeating the Second Republic was not to be conscripted to the front to face the fabled Germans who drank blood and killed thousands of people. But after the Revolution, day after day, they were sent to the border towns to negotiate with the enemies they did not want to face. It was also the time when German diplomats, since the Otto von Bismarck era, had been unable to negotiate, or even analyze their opponents from a normal perspective, and when the rational man’s assumptions failed, the negotiations dragged on day after day.

When Admiral Hippel’s flagship, the Yorck, appeared in the Arabian Sea, taking 30,000 tons, it was no surprise. Their goal was the Far East, to prepare for what was likely to be an inevitable n-qing war.

By the time of the 1915 Naval Conference, the highest unit of reconnaissance engagement on the periphery was the heavy cruiser, or even the armored cruiser flagship of the sub-fleet, which was already the treatment of the top naval powers. As for the main fleet, which had been hard-earned, only “There is a fleet” and “Long-range blockade” were applied, but the 1915-based empire, with its 12BB + 6BC luxury line-up and its battle-hardened adversaries likely to have only four dreadnought ships, broke up the battleship squadron to conduct fire patrols, which must have been the natural suggestion of talented staff officers like Alfred Wegener, and the new policy that must have been adopted and pushed forward at the highest levels of qualified decision-making, such as the Sieg.

1915 夏季

美国与清国的冲突不止从何而起，因盟友关系，我方被拖入对清战争。

The conflict between the United States and the Qing did not just begin. Because of our alliance, we were dragged into the war against the Qing.

这场战导致的可能乱局，让我方这一年的战略方案开了很多次御前会议，最终仍然无法取得共识，海军能够提供的，只有在青岛舰队和第一侦查舰队配合下，取得一场舰队大胜，并借此退出美清战争这一个选项。

The possible chaos caused by this war led to many small council meetings on our strategic plan for this year. In the end, we were still unable to reach a consensus. The Navy could only provide with the cooperation of the Qingdao Fleet and the first reconnaissance fleet, to achieve a major victory in the fleet, and take this out of the U. S.-qing War this option.

陆军却对这场冲突扩大化最终可能牵连意大利和奥匈加入敌对也并不在乎。

The army did not care that the escalation of the conflict might eventually implicate Italy and austria-hungary in hostilities.

In Qingdao Port, years of training in the Qing fleet may have been enough to build a fleet. The people who were least worried were Admiral Scheer and Navy Minister Sieg, and the most surprised were Hippel, who was in the first reconnaissance fleet in Qingdao. Qing’s technology was extremely backward in the world, and he was misled by the French Greenwater School, the entire country has only one former dreadnought serving as the Royal Guard of honour. Equipped with destroyers the size of armored cruiser and torpedo boats. But they thought they were fighting a marburg-class patrol and two Derfflinger-class battlecruiser.

The Derfflinger class, which sank 30,000 tons of French armored cruiser unscathed out of the Red Sea, had already proved what it was like for the British to take a commission and for the Germans to complete the “Perfect cat” hunt for rats like light ships. What’s more, the upgraded Derfflinger is actually the world’s first high-speed battleship, with a 320/100/80 vertical main and armored case that is virtually indestructible in close combat with the most advanced Krupp IV armored steel. High-speed light projectiles and four 350MM/L55 three-piece piggyback cannons, with a 10% or more hit rate at 10KM range. Any semitransparent high explosive shell filled with TNT II is a deadly hammer for light ships.

Qing dynasty for many years to build 10,000 cruisers and home-made destroyers out of the country, just let us a light patrol hit. It is the inevitable result of both tactical and strategic mistakes.

On the battlefield, even the sinking of the long-standing royal guard ship, the Xiangfeng, was reported to be only 8,500 tons, less than a armored cruiser, and hardly a worthy adversary.

1915 秋季 Fall 1915

经过一场震惊欧洲的大战，以及胆寒的法国舰队避战保船公开摆烂。我军寻找战机变成了一件比获得战果更有挑战的事情。

After a great war that shocked Europe, and a chilling French fleet of battle-dodging ships openly laid to waste. Our search for aircraft has become a more challenging task than achieving results.

900系驱逐舰目前已经达到15年的服役年限，几乎都封存在但泽港，承担训练之用，但是并不妨碍教官带着海试的新型驱逐大队，出门实战测验。

The 900 series destroyers have now reached the 15-YEAR service life, almost all sealed in Danzig Harbor, to undertake training purposes, but does not prevent instructors with the sea trial of the new Destroyer Brigade, going out to field tests.

最新型号的1600型驱逐舰刚刚入队，就跟着波罗的海舰队找苏俄护航编队的乐子，本次实战演练，驱逐队1/65的鱼雷命中率被狠斗了一番，22寸以上鱼雷的单价几乎是中产职员一生给国家缴纳的税收。就这么连17节航速的老家伙也打不中，也确实值得一个全军通报批评。
