In mid-1915, German Emperor received an obsequious telegram from the Duke of Siegfried, who, with the success of the land-and-sea exchange, had brought the city close to World War I. The Duke urged that the hall of mirrors be crowned twice, that it may be further renamed the Imperator, and that it may be crowned the Emperor of Western Europe.

Just when the German Kaiser and the Prime Minister had secretly adopted the peace plan for France, there was a moment of embarrassment. In the midst of the melee, our Far Eastern Fleet enjoyed a good life in the new world with little loss or even with subsidies from our American allies, ultimately leaving an irreparable scar on its 20-year layout. As the Army saw an opportunity to conquer Silesia and the Swiss, the Navy’s offer of a general truce was rejected, and as 1916 progressed, the fires were still burning in the Mediterranean and Bay of Biscay. And because of their common enemy, Japan quickly moved closer to the Imperial Parliament. It must be said that the descendants of Kantaro Kanazawa had some ability to actually reach a dangerous memorandum of cooperation with the Prime Minister. Navy Minister Sieg has repeatedly publicly opposed the stimulative effect on the United States.
